(Kuala Lumpur, 4th) If a tooth accidentally falls out, don’t rush to throw it away. Modern dental technology can replace it within the critical 60 minutes without dentures! According to Sin Chew Daily, a secondary school student fell off his bicycle and lost a front tooth. Fortunately, a passerby picked up the tooth and returned it to the student, asking him to take it home. Little did they know that today’s dental technology can replace teeth without implants or dentures. The incident happened at 2:17 pm on the 24th of last month. The student lost his balance and fell on his way home on his bicycle, causing one front tooth to fall out and the other to become loose. A kind passerby helped the student contact his family and wrapped the fallen tooth with a tissue, asking the student to take it home as a souvenir. The student’s parents then took him to a dental clinic for treatment. To their surprise, the dentist told them that the fallen tooth could be filled. The dentist said that with modern technology, fallen teeth can be filled as long as the teeth are properly preserved and filled within the critical 60 minutes. That night, the passerby received a thank-you message from the student’s mother and realized that his quick action saved the child’s tooth. He later shared his experience on Facebook, saying: “I never thought that such a small action could save a child’s front tooth! I hope more people will learn the correct first aid method and don’t miss the golden rescue time.”
