A new independent dental surgery has opened its doors in Margate, bringing quality care to the local community. Nightingale Dental Centre, located in Albion House on Seacole Way, is managed by Clare Henderson and Teresa Kelsall, who collectively bring 50 years of experience in dentistry.
The practice is supported by a dedicated team of seven professionals, including four dentists, one hygienist, and two dental nurses. Teresa Kelsall highlighted the strong demand since opening, noting a surge in new patient enquiries.
“We focus on ensuring the best possible patient experience by delivering high-quality service and minimizing stress,” said Teresa. “Our goal is for every patient to feel valued and cared for.”
Nightingale Dental Centre offers three membership plans: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The Gold plan includes two exams and four hygiene visits, the Silver plan provides two exams and two hygiene visits, and the Bronze plan offers one exam and one hygiene visit. Additionally, a children’s dental plan is available for just £5 per month, less than the cost of a takeaway coffee. The centre also plans to host events and clubs focused on oral health education for children and parents, in collaboration with Oral-B.
Membership plan holders can also enjoy a 10% discount on general treatments, with flexible finance options available. Looking ahead, the dental centre plans to expand its services by opening an aesthetics clinic in the near future.
