Dental Corporation Public Company Limited (Or D) has announced an ambitious growth plan for 2025, with an investment of at least 40 million baht to open four new dental clinic branches. The company plans to target high-traffic tourist areas in both Bangkok and other provinces, aiming to increase revenue from foreign customers by more than 10%. The first of these new branches will be located in the Sukhumvit area, with a target for the company’s overall growth to reach no less than 20% this year.
Pornsak Tantapakul, CEO of Dental Corporation, shared the company’s business strategy for 2025, emphasizing a proactive marketing approach to achieve a target of 20% growth, with revenue exceeding 1 billion baht. The expansion plan includes opening at least four new branches of both Smile Signature Dental Clinic and Dental Planet Dental Clinic. These branches will be strategically located in popular tourist destinations such as Khao San Road in Bangkok, Pattaya in Chonburi, and Patong in Phuket to cater to both local and international customers.
The company’s decision to focus on tourist areas is a deliberate effort to attract more foreign customers. With the success of foreign clients accounting for 60% of total revenue in 2024, Dental Corporation aims to increase this proportion by 10%, bringing in over 400 million baht from international clients in 2025. The group has seen steady growth in foreign customer revenue and expects this trend to continue.
The first new branch, under the Smile Signature brand, will open in March 2025 in Sukhumvit, located in the Thamlert Building, near the BTS Asoke station. This new addition will mark the beginning of Dental Corporation’s expansion, with more branches set to follow in key tourist destinations. According to Mr. Pornsak, while foreign customers remain a key focus, there is also substantial opportunity to expand the company’s reach within the Thai market.
With these strategic moves, Dental Corporation is positioning itself for continued growth, combining its strong presence among foreign clients with an expanding local customer base.
