Donald Trump and his family have reportedly spent close to $1 million on cosmetic enhancements, with the former president’s investments in personal grooming taking the lead. According to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Gary Motykie, Trump has invested a significant amount of money in procedures aimed at addressing hair loss, with estimates suggesting he has spent around $160,000 on hair transplants alone.
Dr. Motykie believes Trump’s extensive use of hair restoration techniques includes procedures such as hairline advancement and flap surgery, a claim that aligns with statements made by Trump’s late ex-wife, Ivana, who once revealed that Trump had undergone scalp reduction surgery to improve his hairline. Additionally, Ivana suggested he had liposuction to reduce excess fat around his chin and waist.
As speculation around Trump’s health continues to make headlines — particularly following his strange remarks at a rally and peculiar comments about his relationship with Melania — Dr. Motykie calculates that Trump’s total expenditure on hair treatments could be approximately $80,000, with an additional $80,000 likely spent on cosmetic dental work, including veneers to enhance his smile.
Meanwhile, Melania Trump is reported to have spent less on cosmetic procedures than her husband, though she too is believed to maintain her appearance with non-invasive treatments. Dr. Motykie suggests that Melania’s regimen likely includes rhinoplasty, cheek and lip fillers, and Botox injections. However, Melania has publicly stated her preference for aging gracefully, rejecting the use of Botox and fillers, as she expressed in a GQ interview.
Despite her stance, Dr. Motykie estimates that Melania has spent between $45,000 and $50,000 on various cosmetic enhancements to maintain her youthful look.
