To maintain optimal oral health, individuals should brush their teeth twice daily and floss once, preferably using a water-flossing device. A diet rich in plant-based foods, devoid of added sugars and highly processed items, is recommended. Regular dental check-ups and cleanings are crucial. Additionally, incorporating probiotics may help manage harmful oral bacteria.
