Christie & Co has successfully facilitated the sale of Dentist@29, a prominent private dental practice located on Castle Street, Northwich. Established in 1968, the practice is renowned for its top-tier preventative care, implants, and aesthetic services, featuring modern facilities and two fully-equipped surgeries with potential for expansion.
Dr. Peter Young, who owned the practice for over three decades, decided to sell as he approaches retirement. After a discreet sales process led by Jonathan Watson of Christie & Co, first-time buyer Dr. Marina George of Ladywell Enterprises Limited acquired the practice.
Dr. Young shared, “I acquired the practice in 1990, initially as a 50/50 private-NHS setup. By 1994, I transitioned to a fully private model focusing on implants. Recently, I decided it was time to retire.”
Dr. George, a graduate of Government Dental College in Thiruvananthapuram, India, and an experienced implant dentist, plans to continue Dentist@29 as a private implant practice. “After several years in NHS settings and a Master’s degree in Implantology, I aim to introduce digital implant technology and expand the practice with additional surgeries,” she stated.
