Empowered Orthodontics recently celebrated its grand opening in Williamson County, introducing a unique blend of orthodontic care and mindfulness. The ribbon-cutting event on August 1 marked the debut of a practice designed to prioritize both physical and emotional well-being.
Dr. Jennifer Collins, the practice’s founder, expressed her commitment to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment. “I want patients to feel loved, welcomed, and truly seen when they visit,” Dr. Collins said.
Inspired by her own experiences as a child patient at the University of Tennessee’s medical center and guided by lessons from her late mother, Patricia “Honey” Collins, Dr. Collins has integrated a holistic approach into her practice. The “Honey Lounge,” named in her mother’s honor, offers a calming space for meditation and relaxation.
The grand opening featured a lighthearted celebration, with Dr. Collins’ father leading a joyful rendition of “If You’re Happy and You Know It” before cutting the ribbon. “I want this to be a joyous occasion,” Dr. Collins noted.
Empowered Orthodontics promises patients not only a perfect smile but also a sense of inner peace. “We aim for our patients to leave with both a beautiful smile and a calm mind,” Dr. Collins said.
