Orchard Meadows Family Dentistry & Denture Clinic in Rapid City is set to host a day of free dental care through its “Dentistry With Heart” program, continuing a tradition that started in 2019. On this special day, five local dentists and dental hygienists will volunteer their skills to provide essential services such as dental cleanings, fillings, and tooth extractions.
The clinic anticipates serving more than 60 patients throughout the day. Scott Bader, Marketing Director at Orchard Meadows, emphasized the significance of this initiative to the participating dental professionals, highlighting their commitment to giving back to the community by donating their time, expertise, and resources.
“Dental care is crucial for overall health. Issues like dental pain can severely impact one’s ability to eat properly and maintain good nutrition,” Bader stated.
The free dental services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 and older on a first-come, first-served basis. “Dentistry With Heart” will commence on Friday, June 21, starting at 8 a.m. at Orchard Meadows Family Dental & Denture Clinic, located at 2606 Elderberry Blvd in Rapid City.
This initiative aims to address critical dental needs within the community, ensuring that individuals who may otherwise struggle to afford dental care receive essential treatment and support.
