How SHOULD ORAL cavity ulcer treat ORAL CAVITY ULCER to point TO RECURRENT aphthOUS ULCER COMMONLY (ABBREVIATION RAU), TRAUMATIC SEX > SEX ulcer AND CREATION SEX mucOUS membrane BLOOD blister.
Among them, RAU is the most common. The etiology is very complex and has obvious individual differences.
The principles of RAU treatment should include two main aspects :(1) topical drug therapy.
Mainly in the prevention of secondary infection, reduce pain, promote healing, in order to achieve the purpose of shortening the course of treatment.
The dosage form is solution or dispersive.
Commonly USED 5% DAK ronIN local besmeAR PUT ON THE SKIN, IN order TO HAVE ANALGESIC EFFECT, WITH COMPOUND borIC acid solution AND 5% wash MUST too contain garnish, lysozyme lozenges, antiseptic film and all sorts of Chinese patent medicine powder can have antiseptic effect.
(2) Systemic treatment.
It is suitable for all types of RAU with frequent recurrence and few prominent symptoms.
The main aim is to prevent recurrence and can be treated with immunosuppressive agents and drugs that enhance the function of the immune system.
Immunosuppressive drugs: such as glucocorticoids, commonly used prednisone 15-40 mg in 3 doses daily.
For medium and long courses of treatment, alternate-day therapy can be used, that is, the total dose of two days combined in the morning, can reduce side effects and their impact on metabolism.
In addition, cytotoxic drugs have nonspecific anti-inflammatory effects and are often combined with glucocorticoids in clinical practice.
Azathioprine is more commonly used, 20-50 mg per time, twice a day, for 1-2 weeks.
Cytotoxic drugs are highly toxic to actively proliferating lymphocytes, but not to differentiated and mature plasma cell sensitized small lymphocytes. Therefore, when the course of treatment is not obvious or when the disease is advanced, it should be stopped.
Other drugs are alkylating agents, cyclophosphamide and so on.
Before the administration of immunosuppressive agents, the patient’s general condition should be fully understood. During the administration of immunosuppressive agents, blood examination and liver and kidney function should be performed regularly.
