Go to the hospital to rinse with hydrogen peroxide + normal saline, then apply iodine glycerin locally, take sulfa drugs orally, and inject antibiotics if necessary. When the wisdom teeth are impossible to erupt, or when the corresponding opposite teeth are in the wrong position or have been extracted, in order to prevent the recurrence of pericoronitis of the wisdom teeth, the wisdom teeth should be extracted as soon as possible. For wisdom teeth with normal position, sufficient eruption position, and normal opposing teeth, pericoronal gingival flapectomy can be performed to eliminate gingival pockets.
